Ищу опытного Рекрутера в офис иностранной компании в г. Ташкент. Зарплата: $500-550 в месяц
Требования к кандидату: Свободное владение английским, узбекским и русским языками
Опыт: от 5 лет
*Manage end to end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers and closing candidates
*Manage all tasks related to recruitment: briefing profiles with managers, posting jobs, screening CVs, conducting interviews, develop new evaluation techniques, making job offers
*Create & execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting profile and/or build talent pools for current and future requirements.
*Talent magnet with 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast-growing company
*Naturally curious. Innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.
*Obsessive about candidate experience. You are self-aware, well-spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails. You’re respectful of the candidate and the stressful process a job hunt can be
*A utility player. You're willing to help out wherever needed
*Expertise in Sourcing using social media channels/ Job Portals.
*Both in-house or agency experience is acceptable (with available metrics to back up how great you are)
Who we are looking for:
*Bachelor or Master degree (HR)
*Fluency in English, Uzbek and Russian (command in any other foreign language will be an advantage)
*Computer literacy (MS Office-Word, Excel; Outlook)
*Strong inter-personal skills.
*Self-motivated individual, who has a hands-on attitude and ability to multitask
*Good organisational and time management skills
*Hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT profiles
*Experience to work with Multiple industries
*Good in negotiation& Design compensation break up
*Good with headhunting & researching the profile on multiple recruitment channels.
